The Coconino County Fair is coming up over Labor Day weekend (3-6 Sep.) and amateur radio operators in North Central Arizona have been given space for a booth at the County Fair to promote all aspects of amateur radio. We hope to have an HF station, a packet radio demo, an APRS demo and a VHF station set up depending on availability of space and equipment. Volunteers are needed to help staff the booth. Below is a schedule and a list of people who have already volunteered and slots that we still need to fill. If you are available to work any of the shifts, please contact Mike, KF7BRW . This is one of our major public outreaches for the year and your help is invaluable in making it successful.
